Good flour, pure water, salt, natural yeast and olive oil, with technique, but above all with the heart. The masses understand the feeling. For the seasoning? Balance and fantasy. This is the concept of Otto e Mezzo Pizza Verace, a truly Neapolitan pizza. The inspiration for the name came from the film Otto and Mezzo, by Federico Fellini. Our pizzas are made respecting Neapolitan techniques, measuring around 33cm in diameter, made with Italian flour and tomatoes and ingredients from small local producers. There are eight and a half flavors on the menu to win you over. We don't have cutlery for the pizzas, here "mangia con le mani". We don't have waiters for drinks, the customer serves himself as if he were at home, writes down what he consumed and at the end hits the cashier along with the pizzas. Our canteen is small, so reserve your table. We have shared tables in the "social eating" style. If you prefer to bring your own wine, we do not charge corkage fees. I saw it aspettiamo!
