A winery in a castle in Vale dos Vinhedos
Cave de Pedra Winery emerged among the most beautiful landscapes, mountains and vineyards of Serra Gaúcha, on June 10, 1997, and is considered one of the first boutique wineries in Brazil. The castle that houses the winery was built entirely in basalt stone, a rock from the region that, in addition to its beauty, keeps the temperature stable and favors the production of wines and sparkling wines. In the decoration, there is an influence from the vineyards and on the ceiling of the building there are grooves made with the branches of the vines that grew on the site.
With the production of a reduced volume of wines and sparkling wines, approximately 45,000 bottles per harvest, all the typical characteristics of Vale dos Vinhedos are at your disposal. Among the unique experiences that the place provides is learning about the production of sparkling wines using the Traditional Method, which results in drinks with excellent quality.
Our team, always concerned with offering its visitors a differentiated experience in the choice and consumption of red wines, white wines and sparkling wines, has trained professionals who, with care, dedicate themselves to each stage of production so that the best result is always achieved. you.
