In addition to technical and tourist guidance during the flight and having highly experienced pilots and state-of-the-art equipment, the company offers a complete experience with a specialized team for service on the ground and in the air, ensuring your safety and comfort; 
Flight time: 45min to 1h30min depending on weather conditions and landing location. 
We recommend that participants arrive at least 30 minutes in advance;
From the age of 10, it is possible to participate in the activity without the need for adult supervision. However, the participation of children under 4 years of age is not permitted.

Flights take place depending on weather conditions. In cases where it is not possible to take the tour, we will contact you for guidance.

Balloon capacity: For the collective flight to take place, the minimum is 6 people. The maximum capacity is 16 people (total weight will be analyzed); 
Confirmation time one day before the flight: from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
