Francesco Trattoria - Vale dos Vinhedos

The setting takes you to a small Italian village, high on a hill in the shadow of the towers of the church of Saint Francis of Assisi, where he himself seems to give blessings and at the same time forgive the fifth sin. In an old reddish-toned mansion from 1938 with olive green windows, a young restaurant, but with an old soul. We keep in our walls the history of our families and our small town, colonized since 1877 by Italian immigrants. Chefs Diego Piccinini and Francisco Ferri present a menu ranging from the original to the contemporary classic of Italian cuisine, full of warmth and hospitality sought in the fond memories of the “grandmothers”, because therein lies the wisdom of the importance of valuing local culture and products, the seasonality of food and the exuberance of nature. wine list is the result of the best expression
of each harvest, many of which are from the
Terroir of Monte Belo do Sul.
