At Maria Fumaça - Trem do Vinho, visitors board a steam train that runs along the railway between the cities of Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi and Carlos Barbosa and watch cultural presentations that liven up the carriages. At the historic stations, there are wine, sparkling wine and juice tastings that showcase the aromas and flavors of the Grape and Wine Region.

Immersion in Italian culture is told at the Epopeia Italiana Cultural Park, a show with nine life-size scenarios, where a presenter guides the audience on this journey to the past. The show includes a colonial biscuit tasting. 

At the Casa Di Paolo restaurant, you will experience a table filled with flavor left as a legacy from ancestors, such as the famous galeto al primo canto, accompanied by different types of pasta and other typical dishes of Serra Gaúcha cuisine. 

MENU: 

• Starter: Capeletti soup and homemade bread;
• Salads: potato salad with mayonnaise, radicci with bacon and leaf salad;
 • Side dishes: fried polenta, grilled polenta (brustolada) and dorê cheese;
