A little of our seasoning Some recipes start too early. They come with ingredients that mix childhood flavors, mother's cooking, pan scrapings, smeared fingers... That's how it happened with Márcia Dalla Chiesa, chef at Sapore&Piacere. She, who as a child enjoyed the fun cookie recipes that her nanny made with her siblings. And of course, even with time passing, each person's greatest gift always speaks louder. Márcia started putting her spoon to much more elaborate recipes and realizing that the gastronomic universe was truly her life's passion. And that's what Márcia puts on the table! Much more than precise measurements, refined techniques, imported ingredients, a proposal of affectionate foods, which take as the main item that we like what we are doing!
