Located in the heart of Vale dos Vinhedos, Sbornea's is one of the oldest establishments on the route. Italian cuisine dishes are generously served in a family atmosphere.
The menu offered at lunch, with pasta, meats, salads and side dishes such as polenta brustolada and grilled cheese, is different from the evening menu.
Between Thursday and Saturday nights, the house works on an all-you-can-eat system of pancakes, risottos and steaks.
