A winery usually originates, in the vast majority of cases, from an enormous passion for good wine. Dom Eliziario is no exception. Inspired by the small family wineries of the old world, the descendants of Eliziario Chaves decided, as a tribute to their patriarch in memoriam, to invest in the production of delicate wines in small quantities that represent, in a bottle, the love and appreciation they have for this spectacular drink.
